Live Help - Meebo

The COCC Barber Library web site now includes a Live Help service. This will allow you to chat with a COCC reference desk librarian or an L-Net librarian from the comfort of your own computer. To access this service use the Live Help chat box which appear's in the menu on the left side of our web pages.

Our Live Help uses a chat widget developed by a company called Meebo. Meebo.com has developed this service to allows visitors to use instant messaging from absolutely anywhere. Whether you’re at home, on campus, at work, etc. you can use any computer with internet access to contact a COCC reference librarian and chat with them, no downloads or installs required, for free!

At times when our reference librarians are not available you will still find help as you will automatically be taken to another state-wide L-net Librarians service.
